Bec Martin-Williams is an Australian theatre director, programmer and producer, and is head of theatre and performance at London's Vault Festival.

Before joining Vault Festival, Bec was Participation Manager at the Arcola. She has a Masters in Shakespeare and Education, has produced and directed for RSC Education.

Bec originally trained as an actor, ran her own theatre company, and has taught at NIDA, one of Australia's most prestigious drama schools, and the Uniiversity of Birmingham.

She holds qualifications from the University of Melbourne, The University of Birmingham, Actors Centre Australia, The University of New South Wales, and NIDA.
